When searching for a home to buy, you want to make sure that you don’t overpay and find yourself in a situation where you have purchased a home that makes you cash poor or that you will never be able to sell for what you paid.     Timing IS everything in home buying plus buying smart – meaning a GREAT location. There’s another factor – LUCK. I never discount luck as an ingredient we don’t control. The way I see it, you really need two things – smarts and luck. The smarts are there for those lucky opportunities. Simple.
