Love your video, Britt! Yes, it's okay to have that ramp-up period in the beginning, but too many women have those same feelings of doubt, frustration, and despair even years into the business. Creating systems is a wonderful way to not have to re-invent the wheel every single day. Soon your business will be almost running on auto-pilot, and you'll reach your potential a lot quicker!

    Thanks for the inspiration!

Love this Britt – I so fall into this trap when I get totally fired up about a certain program and then I experience a lull and that's when all of the questions, doubts, and frustrations come in.

It does come back to keeping focused on the goal – knowing the dips will come – but they don't have to mean anything or take me out.

    Great post. Thanks!

Awesome Post and so true! I find that so many businesses start off with a great idea and then lose steam somewhere early on in implementation. I like your idea of separating out goals by personal, family, and career – that way you can make value judgments without sacrificing family by always putting career first. Great job!

Great term for this – 'Business Dyslexia'! I so agree and the awareness that this happens and it's NORMAL is key. I like the idea of separating goals – it cuts the overwhelm, allowing the focus to come from your intuition and what 'feels right' rather than ego.

    Good Stuff! Susie Shina

Alignment is absolutely the key Britt. Great process for getting in alignment!

This is so true. I had never heard this terminology before! Couldn't agree more that the way to bridge that gap, that business dyslexia is through revisting your life and business goals to ensure they are aligned. Systems are the key to “plugging the holes” in that gap but no system will help deliver your potential if these goals are not in alignment!

    Fantastic post Britt!
